El usuario podrá cancelar la cita concertada en nuestro despacho siempre que lo comunique con al menos 24 horas de antelación respecto a la hora programada. Para ello, deberá enviar un correo electrónico a clientes@abogadosricoperez.es o contactar telefónicamente en el número 964 95 05 06.
En caso de cancelaciones notificadas con menos de 24 horas de antelación, LEGALA KONSILO R&P S.L. se reserva el derecho de aplicar una penalización consistente en el no reembolso de la cantidad abonada, salvo causa debidamente justificada.
En cualquier caso, el usuario podrá solicitar el cambio de fecha y hora de la cita, sujeto a disponibilidad del despacho.
Al tratarse de la prestación de un servicio programado en una fecha y hora concretas, conforme al artículo 103.a) del Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios), el derecho de desistimiento no será aplicable una vez iniciado el servicio o pasada la hora de la cita programada.
En caso de cancelaciones comunicadas en el plazo establecido (mínimo 24 horas antes de la cita), se procederá al reembolso íntegro del importe abonado, utilizando el mismo medio de pago empleado en la transacción inicial, salvo acuerdo expreso en contrario.
No se aceptarán solicitudes de devolución o reembolso por inasistencia del cliente a la cita sin la debida notificación previa.
El servicio contratado consiste exclusivamente en la prestación de asesoramiento presencial en el despacho ubicado en C/ San Cristóbal, 18, planta 2, pta 3, 12600, Vall d’Uixó (Castellón), por lo que no existe envío físico de bienes.
La confirmación de la cita se realizará por correo electrónico a la dirección facilitada por el usuario durante el proceso de contratación. En caso de no recibir dicha confirmación, el usuario deberá ponerse en contacto con nosotros para verificar su correcta programación.
